Safety is a priority with our Covid-19 measures.
We have updated our methods of working to ensure staff, venues and our clients are working in a safe environment within the official guidelines within our control.
Before your event we take the following procedures:
- Temperature Check – Staff will complete a Covid-19 symptom form to make sure they are fit and healthy, as well as a temperature check. This document is available upon request.
- Limited team members – we make sure the minimum number of staff attend for safe delivery and installation.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, before we have dispatched the goods to you
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us, for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a refund, or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You must return the goods unused and in the same condition as you received them, complete with all the original packaging. You should email email@example.com, prior to returning the goods for a GRN note, which should accompany your returned item.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods, we will check your returns and if everything is satisfactory, we will process your refund, or exchange credit, within 30 days, less a re-stocking charge of up to 30%, subject to the item/s concerned. Please note we cannot process returned item/s, unless they are returned with the relevant GRN note.
4.4 The right to cancel your order, or return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.1 and 4.2 will not apply under DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS in the following circumstances: –
(a) We have ordered the item in especially for you.
(b) We have started work on an item, or service that is being personalised, or of a bespoke nature.
(c) Business to business contracts.
(d) The hire of equipment.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

We offer free delivery to a ground floor only location within a 50-mile radius of our workshop here in Preston.
If your delivery address is outside of this zone or your premises are particularly hard to access, please contact us for a delivery and installation quotation.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
